The 30 day plan has been more useful than I could ever have imagined! It has truly transformed my confidence and self-esteem for the better. Just wanted to give an update. I’ve really enjoyed the mini guide. It actually made me cry at some parts because I realized how little goals I had that didn’t center around men. I’m taking the time to unpack my childhood trauma and work on my inner happiness. Thank you so much.
