Responsibilities

Meet weekly deadlines and respond to feedback for revisions promptly.
Qualifications

Strong writing skills with a personal, authentic tone (think chic, NYC dinner-party conversationalist meets life coach).

Experience writing about mental health, personal development, or related fields is a plus.

Ability to conduct research and present actionable, insightful content.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for one digital event per quarter, increasing brand visibility and audience engagement for Charlie's Toolbox.

Plan and manage digital events from conception to execution, ensuring each event aligns with the platform's values of self-help, personal growth, and mental health.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and community teams to ensure seamless integration of event messaging with the brand’s overall content strategy.

Coordinate event promotions across multiple digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the website.

Identify and build relationships with key event partners, sponsors, and influencers to increase event reach and engagement.

Analyze key performance metrics for each event, providing actionable insights for future digital events.

Ensure all digital events are executed within budget and on time.
Qualifications

Experience in event marketing, digital marketing, or communications, preferably in the digital or content-focused industries.

Proficiency with event management platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, etc.), social media, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
